Troupe is a small, early-stage project — every message reaches a real person on the team, not a support queue. Get in touch for anything: a bug you ran into, a question about credits or a payment, help with your account, or feedback on how the app could work better for you.

What to include

A little context helps us help you faster:

• Bug report — what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and a screenshot if you can grab one.
• Billing or credits question — the project or role name, so we can find it quickly.
• Casting director inquiry — if you're a casting director interested in posting roles on Troupe.

We read every message ourselves and reply personally — this isn't an automated ticket system.
